Forming Process
1,Fix the pipe into the corresponding hole of the moving turntable through the corresponding round hole of the fixed turntable template.
2,The servo motor is used to control the rotation of the moving turntable to bend the pipe according to the predetermined Angle and radius.
3,At the same time, the stability and accuracy of the bending process of the pipe are ensured by the clamping mechanism, supporting material and guide die driven by the hydraulic cylinder.
