Copper Flatting Pipe Making Machine
 

This machine is a fully automatic copper flat tube making machine, which is used for the manufacture of copper radiator water pipes. The coil copper tube material is processed by edge pressing and straightening until qualified tinned or non-tinned copper tubes are produced, and then cut into a certain length. It is a highly automated production line and highly efficient production equipment.

Material rack:

Supports and rotates with the coil, tensions it, connects to the brake disc for stable operation. Quickly stops rotating on feeding stop or emergency. Detects pallet position and feeds material at high speed if diameter is too small.

Feeding and forming part:

The pipe is rolled and shaped by various gears in required steps, with adjustable forming speed (0-60m/min) via variable frequency

drive.

Straightening wheel group part:

The flat tube is straightened by the horizontal roller group and the vertical roller group, and the additional roller group is used for guidance.

Cutting part:

The pipe-making machine's cutting part uses a digital AC servo-controlled flying knife for high accuracy. It has a touchscreen and easy settings for five pipe specs, displaying speed, length, quantity, and operational parameters.
