I Description
The machine owns features as high repeat injection precision, even  mixing,   stable  performance,   easy   operation,  high  production efficiency, etc It adopts FIPFG (foamed-in-place foam gasket) technology which can foam on the workpiece directly. The finished product is a soft and elastic foamed gasket. This gasket is made from component A and component B. Component A is mainly poly basic alcohol, Component B is a Isocyanate. After mixing A and B according to a certain proportion and completely foaming, the mixture will become a soft foamed sealing strip.

II Machine Structure Description:
1- Mixing head of mobile pouring machine:
Run for two-dimensional X-Y. During production, the mixing head is driven by a servo motor to make precise movements according to the preset size, freely control the raw material ejection trajectory, and pour polyurethane material into the preset position on the edge of the filter to meet various sealing needs.

2-Pouring machine:
This  device  provides  the  system  with  raw  materials  with  accurate proportion  and  weight,  and  can  change  the  flow  rate  at  any  time according to actual needs. This machine is the core unit of this system and also one of our flagship products. It has the characteristics of simple operation, convenient maintenance, high degree of automation, and stable performance. The device consists of the following major systems:

3-Raw material storage device:
The   equipment   is   ISO   (black  material)  /   POLY  (white  material) respectively equipped with raw material storage tanks, and its structure is as follows:
Pressure-bearing  device;  pressure  display  and  control  device;  stirring device; thermal insulation device; liquid level and level observation and lower limit alarm device;

4-Mixing head:
The raw materials are controlled by a constant temperature in the heating or cooling system to meet the production conditions. Metering pumps perform metering and are sent to the mixing head for cyclic action. The electronic  control  system  controls  the  discharge  valve  to  perform  a discharge action at a set time, so The total discharge amount is consistent with the set value to achieve accurate discharge. And has an automatic cleaning function to keep the mixing head clean.

5-Electrical control system:
Control the start, stop and adjustment of the metering pump and display its speed and pressure; the setting of air pressure; the display and control of the heater temperature; the setting and modification of all operating details; the device alarm device;

6-Component measurement unit:
This  system provides raw materials for the mixing head  and  accurate metering. It uses a high-precision and wear-resistant gear pump, and is equipped with  a parameter-adjustable  drive motor  and reducer, which makes the  flow  adjustment  accuracy high  and the  adjustment  interval large. Moreover, the recycling method can return excess raw materials to the raw material storage device.
