I Summary
The machine is used to make push-pull cable with stainless steel wire armor, mainly used for clutch cable, gear cable. And the main parts including: wire rope de-coiling device, stainless steel strip winding device, rotary swaging device, conveyor and the control system.

II Configuration
Wire rope de-coiling device
Uncoil the wire rope in bobbin with stable tension for continuous feeding. Equipped with auto alarm and stop system for wire rope feeding and wire rope OD change and similar problem.

Stainless steel strip winding device
The stainless steel coiled on two bobbins, and the winding head rotary working to wrap the stainless steel strip on the core wire rope even and tightly by rotary speed adjustment, and working coordinated with conveyer and de-coiling device. The stainless steel strip bobbin is designed with tension device to avoid stalling out.
