Zinc Removing Machine

Summary

The zinc removing machine is specially designed to remove zinc / copper coat on the galvanized steel tube or bundy tube end, to get better welding / brazing quality in tube connection process. Usually the tube end zinc removing process is done on straight tube before bending/forming process with manual holding.


 

  Feature

1. Upper and down two clamping rollers with inverter control for tube feeding and rotating speed adjustment smoothly.
2. Separated inverter control polishing roller rotation speed is adjusted for different surface polishing requirements.
3. The zinc removing length is controlled position plate and polishing roller width.
4. Manual adjustment for polishing roller thickness compensation after long time work.
5. Equipped with vacuum dust collector device for zinc chip collection.
