The machine can produce various kinds of dished ends for tank truck, such as ellipse, dish, taper, sphericity, big scale canister distortion forming.

Features:
1. Electronic welding frame, tempering to eliminate stress, mechanical frame structure assembly to ensure high strength and stability during the hemming process.
2. The electric base runs on the slider and moves through the worm, and the slider is fixed on the frame.
3. The height of the bottom can be adjusted by hydraulic cylinders assembled on the machine frame.
4. The machine with standard configuration can be screwed through the center hole at the bottom, and the machine without center hole can be provided as required.
5. The forming mold is made of high-strength steel, with induction hardening treatment, which can excellently complete a suitable shape according to the edge radius, and the diameter of the forming mold.
6. Driven by a piston motor and adjustable speed, it can be manually and Automatic mode to operate the spinning shaft.
7. The bottom support shaft is composed of two molds, which support the bottom edge of the plate during operation. This set of molds is installed under the molding mold, and its height can be adjusted by hydraulic cylinders.
8. The hydraulic system consists of the following parts: the world-renowned brand Demotor pump unit, hydraulic oil tank, filter, oil dipstick, thermostat, heat exchanger, control valve and solenoid valve.
