This machine can rivet a variety of materials such as copper plates, aluminum plates, steel plates, etc. It is designed with a pressure adjustment function, and the machine will automatically retract after reaching the pressure. It has an automatic nail supply system, and the self-piercing rivets are automatically loaded into the self-piercing riveting machine through the material belt. The whole process is completed automatically, which improves production efficiency.

Riveted materials include steel plates, aluminum alloys, plastics, etc. The riveting diameter is usually in the range of 2~10mm, which is suitable for the connection of thin plates, pipes, profiles and other components (such as automobile body sheet metal riveting, container assembly, and electrical cabinet component fixing).
Compared with traditional manual riveting, it has the advantages of high efficiency (10~30 rivetings can be completed per minute), stable riveting quality (uniform force, consistent deformation), low noise, etc. Some equipment also supports digital control (such as adjusting pressure, displaying the number of riveting times) to improve assembly accuracy.
