The car seat projection welding machine

The car seat projection welding machine is a resistance welding device specially used for the production and manufacturing of car seats. It is based on the projection welding process to weld seat-related parts (such as seat frames, slide rails, reinforcement plates, lock brackets, etc.).
When it works, the electrode is used to apply pressure to concentrate the current on the preset convex points of the weldment. The convex points are quickly heated and melted due to resistance heat, and welded points are formed after cooling to achieve a firm connection of the parts. The equipment is generally composed of a fuselage, a welding transformer, a pressure transmission device, a microcomputer controller, etc. It has the advantages of being able to weld multiple welds at the same time, accurate welding position, and adaptable to welding of workpieces with different structures.
