Pneumatic Wire Rope Cutting Bumping Machine

It is specialized in cutting off steel wire. It consists of body, cutter, cylinder and foot switch, through the air pressure to drive the cutter up and down to complete the cutting. It can be operated by stepping on the foot switch, and can be equipped with automatic feeding device to increase the capacity according to the need. It is suitable for processing all kinds of hardware, electronic parts and other metal wires, which is both convenient and flexible to use.

Cutter device: replaceable cutter, suitable for different wire diameters (Φ1-2.5mm).

 

Clamp: to fix the workpiece to be cut (need to be changed according to the size of the steel wire).

Pneumatic cylinder: drive the cutter up and down to complete the cutting.
