I Summary

II Main technical performance parameters.
1. Evaporator liner size range: provided by A, select the corresponding model
2. Applicable pipes: aluminum pipe, copper pipe, pipe diameter 6-8mm, maximum wall thickness 0.75mm;
3. Applicable aluminum foil width: 35 ~ 50mm, thickness 0.4 ~ 0.7mm;
4. Production cycle: (depending on the total length of the coil) ≤90S
5. Direction of rotation of the mold turntable: According to the direction of the inner aluminum tube.
6. Line body color: according to customer requirements.
III Special mould for tube winding (matching)
The mold is designed and manufactured according to the product drawings provided by Party A. The mold structure is used, and the size of the mold is manually adjusted using the positive and negative thread screws, so that the length of the mold can be applied to a variety ofproducts within a certain range. The outer plate of the expanded mold is made of ZL105 material. The structure of the expanded mold is designed with chamfering to avoid mold creases on the surface of the inner lining when the tube is
wound. Special products are manufactured separately.
