The pipe bending machine adopts a touch screen as the setting operation interface, which is centrally controlled by the XC3 series PLC. The cylinder action is controlled by an electromagnetic valve to achieve continuous cyclic action during multi head pipe bending. This set of equipment can perform continuous multi head bending on two or three tubes with already pierced fins, and aluminum expansion tubes with a diameter of about Φ 8.5. Solved various defects of traditional pipe bending machines. It has the characteristics of stable and reliable performance, intuitive and convenient operation, and high cost-effectiveness.

Features
1. The device is pre installed with N bending heads on the guide rail, and each bending head can move left and right on the guide rail.
2. When preparing to produce a product of a certain specification, the number of bending heads to be used and the distance between the heads (minimum outer packaging of 240mm) can be determined according to the number of bends and the size of the product. After adjustment, tighten the positioning fastening screws on the side of the heads.
3. During production, the expansion tube is placed into the die of the machine head according to the predetermined position. Each bending machine head will be bent and demolded in the order of outside first and then inside, and the machine head will be reset.
4. It is usually automatically completed by the equipment from the time of production.
5. Each bend is equipped with a compression mechanism to improve production efficiency.
