Shrinking Machine 75Y is suitable for metal tubes and pipes become small and can be into the die. The end of pipe which need to shrinking extend into the middle of extruded dies, the pipe will become smaller by extruded dies.Only applied for pipe and tube.
There are two manners of shrinking, one is ball-type, other one is hydraulic type.
Ball-type Shrinking Machine is belong to ball- type shrinking machine with 4-piece shrinking dies,8 balls.
Energy-Saving Tube-end Shrinking Machine 75Y is commonly used on pre-drawing process for metal tubes and pipes.It's rotary mechanism simply reduces the tip of material enough for precision cold drawing.The current model has equipped with 4-piece shrinking dies,which is suitable for metal tubes and pipes.
With easy installation and simple operation,this machines also has the capacity to contain variety of sloping design on shrinking dies upon requests.The application of this machine is widely used on making semi-finished products and consumer goods,such as furniture parts,lighting parts,bicycle racks,hardware and automative parts.
