CNC Metal Tube End Spinning Flow Forming Machine For Dry Filter
The CNC tube end spinning machine is used to reduce tube end diameter size by flow forming and rolling process with automatic feeding, spinning and unloading function.
I Configuration and Feature
1.1 The main frame is composed with X+Y linear rail and ball bearing screw drive system, clamping system, automatic loading and unloading system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, lubrication system and electric control system
1.2 Equipped with storage hopper for capacity 50 pcs (Φ9.52mm). The loading and unloading process is driven by pneumatic cylinder with stable and smooth work.
1.3 The tube clamping system adopt high speed hollow type rotary cylinder with 4.0MPa pressure, can be suitable for different dimeter size (Ф9.52mm-Ф16mm) by changing clamping die. The main shaft driven by inverter motor with soft-brake, and rotating speed is adjusted by controller on operational panel.
1.4 The spinning device is the single spinning wheel design. And the spinning wheel is made from high quality material with life more than 100000 times, also lengthen the life by re-polishing and heat-treatment.
1.5 There are three tools position On X axis as spinning wheel, trimming blade and ID lathing blade. The work station will be changed one by one for tube end shrinking, end trimming and ID chamfering.
1.6 Equipped with pressure-adjustable air blowing system, and work point and duration can be set on control panel, to clean the cutting chip and cooling tube during work.
1.7 Automatic lubrication system to oiling 10ml volume each 30min. The oil tank has capacity for 100 hours work with full filling condition.
1.8 Equipped with two axis CNC controller, 7" LCD monitor, 500 unit program,
automatic counter, detecting system, limited alarm system
