The upper roller of the two-roller hydraulic automatic rolling equipment is a steel roller, and the lower roller is a steel roller core covered with an elastic layer. The plate is placed between the two rollers. By adjusting their distance, they are in contact-pressurized-the lower roller deforms, and the plate deforms accordingly. The two rollers rotate to continuously bend and roll the plate into pipes of the required specifications.

Electrical and hydraulic control system

a) The equipment uses hydraulic components. The selection should fully consider the heating conditions when the tooling is in use, and reasonable protective covers should be installed to avoid the failure of each component due to heat. Its durability, accuracy and stability should be fully considered;

b) Five-core cables are used, and two three-phase 380V32A5-core sockets (power usage is less than 0.75KW) and two 220V sockets are reserved outside the special machine control cabinet for maintenance or installation of other devices;

c) The pressure of the hydraulic system cylinder can be adjusted;

d) The connection lines of the hydraulic circuit, circuit, ground wire, etc. need to be arranged in a concealed manner and can realize rapid mold change. The lines cannot be interfered when the rotating tooling is working;

e) The equipment has automatic and semi-automatic control operations;
