Brake Pipe Line Making Machine
This equipment is mainly used for the multi-step processing of brake oil pipe stripping-nut installation-tube end forming. Through the automatic feeding system, the unprocessed tube is loaded, first the tube ends on both sides are stripped, and visual inspection is performed (to check the treatment effect); then nuts are installed on both sides at the same time, and visual inspection is performed (to check whether the nuts are already there and whether the positive and negative positions of the nuts are correct); finally, the two ends of the tube are formed. The excellent ten-station design enables this equipment to complete the processing of multiple products at one time, which not only liberates labor, but also greatly improves processing efficiency, and visual inspection is performed again (to check whether the forming is in place).
