Automobile Brake Shoe Welding Machine

The welding line is realized by the intermittent pulse welding current.Therefore, each seam welding
machine is equipped with a special control system (control box, controller, etc.) to precisely control the welding work.

 

Each mechanism of seam welding machine can reach:

1) adjust the pressure between the welding wheels evenly.

2) the pressure between the welding wheels does not change with the wear degree of the welding wheels.

3) the upper welding wheel drops uniformly.

4) change the secondary voltage of the resistance welding transformer and adjust the effective value of welding current through the current adjustment of the controller.

5) adjust the pulse time and stop time of welding current.

6) adjust welding speed uniformly.

7) the electrical part adopts Japanese mitsubishi programmable control system and is provided with separate control box and operation box, which is easy to operateThese features enable the welder to be guaranteed good welding quality with the best welding specifications.
