1.Straight Tube Rack :
(1) Manual loading of materials to the material rack;
(2) Can accommodate 100-150 pieces of 5.5 meters in length.
2.Cutting Machine:
(1) Transmission structure: The material is manually fed to the guide wheel. After the induction switch senses the pipe, the reducer drives the transmission wheel to feed the material to the position;
(2) Positioning structure: driven by the cylinder, after the pipe is sent to the position, the induction switch senses the pipe, the position is retracted, and production begins;
(3) Feeding structure: Use screw feeding to ensure the accuracy of cutting;
(4) Cutting structure: chipless rotary cutting is adopted.
3.Material Collecting Rack: It adopts pneumatic material discharging rack and the material collecting rack is movable.
4.Mechanical Part
(1) Host frame: square tube profile welding ;
(2) Clamping die: Cr12, guide wheel: 45 steel;
(3) Cutter structure: die steel.
