This machine has the functions of single clamping, double clamping, ring compression, expansion and contraction, internal and external profiling and extrusion, internal lateral extrusion is permanent without strain, and the molding is stable. Put the workpiece into the tightening die, pull the conical die upwards for many times to achieve the tightening effect, so that the inner cavity of the die is consistent with the appearance of the tightened workpiece. The die is made of Cr12MoV quenched by general TD 20,000 times and above 50,000 times or DC53 TD 60,000 times general die steel, with a quenching hardness of 58-60HRZ or above, and the surface hardness of the TD coating is increased to 68-70HRZ. The smooth surface improves the product quality and achieves the purpose of producing qualified pipe fittings.
