Summary:

According to customer requirements, the production of thermal insulation air- conditioning connection pipe, need to wear a set of thermal insulation cotton, install nuts at both ends and flared. Our company suggests to use one double-station automatic thermal insulation pipe cutting and threading machine, two coiling machines. The double station machine is driven by two servo motors separately, means the cutting length and cutting speed for two stations can be set separately. With PLC control and servo motor driven, the  cutting speed and cutting tolerance is much more than single station  machine. And the cutting method can be saw cutting or clean blade cutting.

Feature:

1.Three-part clamping die to minimize tube distortion, get smooth cutting end surface.

2.High accuracy concentricity ensures to get good welding  quality in following process.

3. Chipless cutting with 360° rotary cutting and stretching with two    points clamping.
