Multi-speed Gland Dynamometer Damping Testing Machine

 

The multi-speed capping indicator is one of the equipment for testing the performance of the shock absorber in the production process. In particular, before sealing or welding the shock absorber, through testing whether its performance meets the specifications required by the technical specifications, so as to ensure the qualified quality and reliable performance of the sealed or welded shock absorber. During the detection process, a clamping can be performed on multiple speed points to draw a power diagram, mark the corresponding maximum and minimum damping force values, and automatically determine the measured value according to the preset upper and lower limit damping force values whether it is passed.

 

This dynamometer is a special testing equipment for shock absorbers developed and produced . based on the current foreign advanced technology and combined with the specific conditions of the domestic shock absorber

industry. It adopts computer (with special test software), measurement and industrial control system, etc. It has the

characteristics of convenient operation and high degree of automation.

 

The working principle of the indicator

The dynamometer adopts mechanical excitation, and the crank connecting rod mechanism drives the sliding block to make reciprocating motion. The lower end of the shock absorber is fixed on the slider, and it reciprocates along with the slider to do work: the upper end of the shock absorber is connected with the upper clamp. The resistance value of the shock absorber is detected through the measurement and control system, and the indicator diagram of the shock absorber is drawn, which is displayed on the monitor screen or printed out. In addition, the test data can be saved in the computer for recall at any time
