The threaded pipe pressing machine is our company's patented product. It is specially designed for central air-conditioning, floor heating heat exchangers, and casing heat exchangers.

 I Features:
1. Through the three-axis servo automatic control system, it automatically feeds the tool and automatically processes and stretches the forming. The clamping mechanism of the machine adopts air pressure control, and is equipped with a special servo precision reducer linkage through the three-axis servo.
2. The equipment has a new process of one-time processing of naturally formed corrugated pipes. It adopts manual feeding (also can be automatically loaded and unloaded), hydraulic (pneumatic) clamping, with stable and reliable processing technology, good product processing consistency, and easy operation. Simple, high degree of automation and so on.
3. The control of the whole machine adopts CNC numerical control system, and the parameter setting and operation switching are carried out through the touch screen man-machine interface. It can store more than 100 sets of processing parameters of products.
4. The machine has the characteristics of good stability, repeatability, convenient machine adjustment, reliable product quality and high production efficiency. By changing the mold, it can process products with different pipe diameters, different leads and different thread shapes.
