Product Description
The riveting machine is a new type of riveting equipment developed based on the principle of cold rolling, which refers to mechanical equipment that can rivet objects with rivets. It solves the problem that some sheet metal parts cannot be directly put on the ordinary slope-type cast steel machinery for pressure riveting after bending.
Features:
1. The full hydraulic drive with strong reliability and high performance provides +/-1% pressure repetition accuracy, load dwell time is adjustable, for processing high hardness materials, return stroke is adjustable, and working pressure can be applied at any stroke point . 2. The positive limit system provides an easy and adjustable method for the cylinder to accurately ensure the correct stop point of the riveting. This system is especially used to improve the pressing consistency of software substrates, such as aluminum, glass fiber, printed circuit boards, plastics and various composite materials. 3. The anti-pressure hand device is safe and reliable. The operator accidentally puts his hand between the upper and lower molds, and the machine tool automatically detects and returns, which will never threaten the safety of the operator. 4. The distribution box is convenient for stopping and transmitting power, and plays a role of measuring and judging the stopping and transmitting power. It is easy to manage and facilitates maintenance when a circuit failure occurs. The 5.45 steel frame has high strength and good machinability. After proper heat treatment, it can obtain a certain degree of toughness, plasticity and wear resistance, durable, waterproof and rust-proof.
