The Automatic copper tube end forming and flatting machine is dedicated custom model, from auto feeding to pipe end reducing, ring forming, ring forming / chamfering, flattening all movements.

 

Features

The machine is a removable copper tube forming process inside the radiator of construction machinery, which improves the automation efficiency and production efficiency.

 

From the loading to the completion of automation to save time costs, and labor costs, processing 4 tubes at the same time, unified control management. The floor space is greatly reduced.
 

Detailed Photos

1) Put the fixed length copper pipe on the feeding station, start the button, and turn the feeder over automatically to deliver the copper pipe to the working station.

2) The manipulator on the cross beam of the clamping pipe holds the copper pipe in place, and the main motor transfers the force to the movable pneumatic clamping device by induction. The ends of the two sides of the pipe are close to the ends of the pipe for necking action.

3) When the end of the pipe is closed, the second group of manipulators moves the copper pipe to the next step to process and shape the hydraulic power convex. The first group of manipulators returns to its original position and continues to feed the copper pipe into the shrinkage position.

4) The pneumatic manipulator is placed in the processing position in turn within the set time. After the convex platform is completed, the copper tube chamfering is carried out. Up to the end of the flat tube procedure, the finished copper tube is removed by the manipulator and put into the storage basket. Complete an action cycle.
