HIGH PRESSURE POLYURETHANE FOAM INJECTION MACHINE

I Description
The twocomponent high pressure polyurethane foam injection machine stores the raw materials of A raw material Polyol and B  raw material Isocyanate in two storage tanks respectively, and delivers them to the mixing head through two high-precision plunger metering pumps. The machine is controlled by PLC, owns many advantages, such high  repeat  injection  precision,  even  mixing,   stable  performance, easy operation, high production efficiency, etc.


II Features
The injection mixing head can movefreely in six directions:front and back, left and right, up and down;
The black and white material pressure needle valve is locked after being balanced to ensure that there is no pressure difference between the black and white materials;
Magnetic coupling adopts high-tech permanent magnet control, without temperature rise and leakage;
Automatically clean the gun at regular intervals after the mixing head isfilled;
The mixing head is controlled by a double proximity switch to achieve accuratefeeding;  v Soft start offrequency converter and automatic switching of high and lowfrequency, low
