Cutting

End forming

Winding
Forming quality: The flatness rate of the pipe mouth is less than 10%.
Surface quality: Ensure the roundness of the bent parts, without defects such as wrinkles, bumps, indentations, orange peel, scratches, cracks, etc.
Forming accuracy: bending radius ± 0.50mm, bending center distance ± 0.5mm; The height of the elbow should be ± 0.5mm, and the installation dimension height error should be ensured to be within ± 0.5mm.
