The BOHC-1200 flanging machine is mainly used for pressing, flanging and biting the left and right end covers of cylindrical workpieces to facilitate assembly, welding and forming,which is widely used in ventilation fans, fire fighting fans, and dust removal, environmental protection and other equipment manufacturing industries.
1. After starting the hydraulic system, place the pipe fitting in the flanging wheel, click the start module, the flanging wheel clamps the pipe wall, and the pipe fitting starts to rotate and lift the flanging.
2. After the pipe fitting is flipped to the desired angle, the flanging wheel stops rotating, the flanging wheel releases the pipe wall, and the workpiece is manually removed. A working cycle is completed. Prepare to start the working cycle of the next workpiece.
3.The equipment is equipped with an "emergency stop" module, which cuts off the PLC output signal in an emergency and stops the equipment.
