AUTOMATIC BRAKE FUEL PIPE PRODUCTION LINE
The customized automatic end forming line is special desgined for brake line  manufacturing.Also can be work for fuel line or transmision line by changing flaring tools in automative sector.The machine line integrated with coil tube  striaghtening,chipless cut to length,feeding,bolts inserting,end forming,unloading by  full automatic works.
II Features 
l Full automatic works from coil to final products for less manpower and higher 
product consistency 
l Each station can be worked independently or together for higher effiency.l PLC control and servo drive for higher precision. 
l Programs developed based on standard Mitsubishi systems for better coordination 
and less erro. 
l The automation developed by the existing mature machines, achieved the 
modular design for more statble performance.
III Solutions 
We offer a customized automatic solution for meeting the customer requests. 
1- Two end forming systems works separately (A and B) 
In order to avoid tolerance caused by tube movement, all working stations are usually 
designed on the same central line(tube's central line). 
But can't place two end forming systems on the same line because spcae limited. 
The end flare requires two times of formimg and one time of chamfering,the whole 
part of end forming system needs three stations(A3,A4,A5) take much space. 
Besides,two different direction of end flare need to be considered. 
2- Insert two nuts on one pipe 
The end forming system(Part A) already got three single stations for two times of 
formimg and one time of chamfering,it takes much space.But it's add another two 
station behind stations,A1 and A2. 
Will add two vibrating feeders stand behind the whole machine line independently. 
Get two flexible hoses connect with A1 and A2 which used to transfer the nuts from 
vibrating feeder to tubes. 
3- Connect each stations 
Firstly, integrated one forming system with tube straightening and cutting system 
directly. (Part A and C). 
The end forming system (Part A) works for the first flare on the tube, and chipless cut 
to length after moving ahead with the target length. 
The tubes will move aside to another station (Part B) but in a mess status. Part D 
connects two end forming systems and get tubes positioned. It makes sure the tube in 
the right position and ready for secondary end forming.
