The automatic fin punching making machine is used for processing various thin metal plate parts with higher precision. It can automatically complete a variety of complex hole patterns and shallow stretch forming processing at one time. Specially shaped products of different sizes and different hole distances can be processed according to requirements, and special processing can be carried out, such as: blinds, shallow stretch, countersinking, flanged holes, ribs, embossing, etc.

Features

1.The fin punch is a special production line for fin production in the refrigeration industry. It consists of a closed high-speed precision punch,   discharge rack, oil tank, pull device (single and double jump), suction rack, collecting rack, and electrical system.  Pneumatic system and     hydraulic system.
2.The host speed control adopts frequency conversion control.
3.The main engine has hydraulic lifting and hydraulic overload functions.
4. Adopt quick mold change device.
5.The use of man-machine interface, PLC and rotary encoder electric centralized control system to ensure the reliable
  execution of various functions of the automatic production line.
