I Summary
The main working principle of the pipe bender: firstly, the prepared coil is placed on the pipe material rack supported by the bearing, and the straightening mechanism completes the reclaiming, straightening, and feeding processes from the coil rack during work. The straightening
mechanism has two rows of horizontal and vertical rollers for pipe straightening. The rotation of the pipe material is completed by the rotating head, and the pipe bending mechanism also has the components of bending arm, guide and clamping block. The bending and forming of the pipe is cut by a cutting device. The machine adopts a burr-free cutting pipe and is equipped with a rotary cutter head. Both the straightening mechanism and the pipe cutting mechanism have horizontal and vertical tracking functions; the automatic straightening line has the function of continuous pipe bending, that is, after one pipe is bent, the equipment automatically enters the straightening and bending of the next pipe .
