Spiral Twisted Tube Forming Machine

The integrated CNC multi-head corrugated pipe machine is our patented product. It's specially designed for auto-forming processes of central air conditioning, heating exchangers, etc. It uses a three-axis servo system for automatic feeding, processing, and stretching. Air pressure controls clamping, with a special servo reducer. It forms multi-head bellows in one twist.

Features

1.Three-Axis Servo Control: The machine uses a three-axis servo automatic control system for automatic feeding and stretch forming processing.

2.Air Pressure Clamping: The clamping mechanism adopts air pressure control and is equipped with a special servo precision reducer.

3.One-Time Rotary Forming: The equipment can form multi-head bellows through a new one-time rotary process.

4.Manual/Automatic Loading: The equipment supports manual discharging (optional fully automatic loading and unloading).
