Structural technical description

1. Overview: Manual feeding, the product type of the equipment is manually switched, the equipment is equipped with a foot switch, after manual feeding, the foot switch is stepped on, the equipment starts, and the C-type or D-type pipe end forming is completed.

(1) Frame: The fuselage is welded and formed by square steel tubes, and the base plate of the table is integrally processed to ensure that the equipment has sufficient strength, stiffness and stability; the straightness tolerance of the two workstation centers is within 0.05mm, and the center line parallelism The tolerance is within 0.05mm; the parts of each part of the equipment undergo necessary surface treatment according to the actual working conditions and working environment, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, electrostatic spraying, etc., to ensure that the parts have sufficient strength and surface functions .
