Summary

The Automatic Flame Welding Machine is designed for high-efficiency copper tube welding, mainly used for copper tube to copper tube edge welding and flat plate solar collector manufacturing.

The machine adopts a dual-side simultaneous welding design, allowing two welding torches to operate at the same time, which significantly improves production efficiency and welding consistency. An automatic wire feeding system combined with oscillating heating ensures stable weld quality and uniform brazing results.

Equipped with a PLC control system and a 7-inch color touch screen, the machine supports automatic and manual operation modes, offering easy operation, precise control, and reliable performance.
