Steel wire mesh polystyrene sandwich board is a kind of building material, which has been applied in building partition wall and external wall insulation all over the world. It is composed of EPS plate, steel wire mesh and inclined inserted steel wire.
The welding machine is the main engine of the production line. It uses PLC touch screen control system, pneumatic or stepper motor as the driving force, and it completes the production of wire mesh polystyrene sandwich panels through the automatic oblique insertion, cutting, flat net and foam board's strict positioning, and the welding of oblique wire and flat net.
