Adopting CNC servo control, it features high precision feeding, fast welding and auto cutting/bundling/stacking, realizing fully automated production with low labor intensity. Equipped with imported Siemens/Mitsubishi electrical components and intelligent fault alarm, it ensures stable, reliable operation and easy maintenance. The machine supports quick material change and simple specification adjustment, with a fixed 100×100mm longitudinal bar spacing adjustable via cylinder valves. Its water cooling and air supply systems guarantee long-term normal running, ideal for high-efficiency, high-quality mass production of stainless steel wire ladder structures.
