Automatic Wire Rope Melting & Cutting Machine
The automatic wire rope melting & cutting machine is used to cut the steel wire rope into right size by hot melting. The input AC power will be transfer into heavy current with low voltage, the steel wire rope clamped between two copper mold will be melted to cut off quickly, and the cutting end will be gathered well without divergent. Such machine is widely used for control cable production, such as brake cable, clutch cable, throttle wire, etc.
1. The fuse material of the fuse machine is a steel wire rope without cotton inside.
2. The diameter of the wire rope is 1.5-8mm (different specifications of wire ropes need to be replaced by replacing the melting pole, wire feeding wheel, mold, etc., and the machine itself comes with a complete set of molds of one specification).
3. The cutting length and size of the steel wire rope are required to be set arbitrarily (the shortest limit is 50mm).
4. The pneumatic components adopt Taiwan AirTAC.
5. The wire feeding motor adopts servo motor and planetary precision reducer.
6. The fuse electrode adopts tungsten copper alloy electrode.
