Operation Process
 1. Material Loading and Feeding
 * Raw copper busbar stock (straight bars) is loaded onto the machine's motorized feeding system.
 * A servo-driven or pneumatic clamp system grips and indexes the stock to predetermined positions based on programmed part specifications.
 
 2. Cutting
 * The busbar is cut to the target length using a precision cutting mechanism (servo shear, circular saw, or hydraulic blade).
 * Position feedback ensures accuracy within tight tolerances.
 
 3. Punching
 * The cut length advances to the punching station.
 * CNC punch presses create holes, slots, or custom profiles at programmed coordinates.
 * Automatic die indexing or quick-change tooling supports varied hole patterns.
 
 4. Bending
 * The busbar moves to the bending station equipped with servo or hydraulic drives.
 * Precision bending tools form bends at specified angles and radii according to the CNC program.
 
 5. Chamfering
 * Following bending, the part enters the chamfering module.
 * Rotary or linear chamfering heads remove sharp edges and burrs on cut ends and punched features.
 * The process improves part safety, fit, and assembly readiness.
 
 6. Quality Inspection and Unloading
 * Integrated sensors (optical, mechanical, or displacement) verify dimensional accuracy, hole placement, bend angles, and chamfer quality.
 * Finished parts are automatically discharged to a collection tray or conveyor for packaging or downstream processing.
 
 7. Control System
 * A centralized PLC or CNC controller with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) enables program input, storage, and real-time monitoring.
