4. The two forming tool holders are driven by hydraulic cylinders to move back and forth. There is a travel switch on the tool post, which can control the feed rate of the forming mold wheel.
5. The working speed of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted by the throttle valve, the working stroke can be adjusted by the locking position of the rear nut of the hydraulic cylinder, and the working pressure can be adjusted by the variable pump.
6. When debugging, the single action of each mechanism is controlled through the PLC touch screen, which replaces the complicated peripheral switch. The operation is convenient, the data is intuitive and visible, and it saves time for setting up the machine.
7. When performing batch trimming and crimping cycle operations, both hands are required to press the start buttons on both sides at the same time, and the crimping machine can automatically complete a work process. The safety factor is doubled.
