The entire machine adopts a six-axis gantry structure and full hydraulic drive, equipped with high-quality hydraulic components and programmable digital control. It can realize functions such as fast/slow feeding, cutting, and automatic/manual switching. The length setting is precise and the operation is convenient. The equipment is suitable for raw materials such as galvanized sheet and hot-rolled/cold-rolled sheet with a thickness of 0.2mm-2.0mm and a width of ≤150mm. The linear speed is 10-15 meters/minute, and the output is more than 25% higher than similar models while saving energy. It can complete barrel hoop forming and cutting in one pass. Optional punching devices and resistance welding machines can be added to form a forming and welding production line.
