The equipment is mainly composed of compressor, expansion valve, condenser and evaporator, forming a circulation closed refrigeration system. The evaporator is a vertical barrel structure, mainly composed of ice cutter, spindle, sprinkler plate, water plate.
Under the drive of the reducer, it rotates slowly counterclockwise. The water is evenly sprinkled on the inner wall of the evaporator to form a water film. The water film and the refrigerant in the evaporator flow channel conduct heat exchange, the temperature is rapidly reduced, and a layer of thin ice is formed in the inner wall of the evaporator. Under the extrusion of the ice knife, it is broken into flake ice. Part of the unfrozen water flows from the water inlet to the cold water tank through the water tray.
