The main function is processing copper and aluminum bus bar in different specifications. Its can work at the same time without interference. It is easy to operate and high production efficiency. It is widely used in switchboard and power transformers fabrication.

Features

Punching Unit:

1) The punching unit is controlled by the servo motor and PLC to control the punching coordinates, enabling continuous positioning of multi-hole work pieces for efficient and accurate punching.

2) Free punching mode: several punching processes can be done without regular holes with different coordinates and different hole diameters

Cutting Unit:

1) The cutting unit automatically controls the size of the cutting gauge through the servo motor and PLC, which is convenient and efficient.

2) The system unit can be set up to cut multiple pieces of the same length. The system can be set to cut multiple pieces at different lengths and single pieces at different lengths.

Bending Unit:

1) With double work table. The bending unit is controlled by the servo motor to control the bending length,automatically locate the stopper position, and control the bending angle by PLC, which perfectly cooperates with the servo stopper, which can realize a program to locate multiple angles and multiple bending positions.

2) Limit mode: free setting according to bending stroke and bending length,such as twisting bending.
