This Finned Evaporator Tube Twisting & Flattening Machine is a professional automatic processing equipment for refrigeration evaporator production, specially designed for shaping U-bend aluminum tubes after bending forming. Adopting hydraulic + electric control drive with Omron PLC  low-voltage electrical components, it realizes integrated and high-precision processing of tube twisting and flattening with one-button operation. The machine is suitable for Φ8mm aluminum tubes (1070/1060/1050/1100 grade) with 0.6~1.0mm wall thickness, supporting 0-45° adjustable twist angle and 5.6~6.4mm flatten thickness. It processes elbow outer size 200-800mm, max 30 single-side elbows, with 0-30mm adjustable elbow length. Only 1 operator is needed, achieving a high capacity of 2500 sets per 8.5-hour shift and a qualified rate ≥99.5%. With built-in hydraulic station, safety protection devices and stable continuous production performance, it is an essential core equipment for mass production of finned evaporators applied in household/commercial refrigeration, cold storage and refrigeration units.
