Evaporator Tube Twisting And Flattening Machine
The twisting and flattening machine is an automatic forming machine specially designed by our company for the twisting and flattening of the serpentine aluminum tube of the oblique evaporator, which is suitable for mass production.
Forming Process
1. Put the bent aluminum tube on the skewed shaft;
2. Select the automatic mode, click the start button, and the device will automatically flatten and skew;
3. Manually remove the skewed and flattened workpiece from the machine tool;
4. The equipment is equipped with an "emergency stop" button, which cuts off the current signal in an emergency and the equipment
stops running; the equipment is equipped with three-color lights and a buzzer reminder.
