The casing conduit planetary stranding machine is used for push pull cable outer casing making.It is consisted from inner liner de-coiler, planetary stranding machine, pre-former, wire pressing device, drawing device, 36 head lay length adjustment gear box, re-coiler and control box.

Features

1. The stranding machine mainframe equipped with five cabinets, each cabinet contain six bobbins, total 6x5=30 bobbins, the bobbin diameter is 350mm. The cage rotates with gear transmission system with sun wheel and planet wheels. With lock system and hidden transmission system and mechanical brake system, the machine can work safely and smoothly.

2. The lay length adjustment gear box is used to set the different lay length according to requirements to ensure high quality of finished product.
