This Automatic Brake Oil Tube End Forming and Nuts Assembly Machine is a customized automatic production line specially designed for automotive brake line, fuel line and transmission line manufacturing. It integrates automatic loading, laser peeling, chamfering, nut assembly, tube end forming, visual inspection, laser marking and automatic unloading functions into one fully automated system, supporting C-type, D-type, E-type, single flare, double flare and ISO flare forming in strict accordance with SAE, ISO and DIN standards. Adopting a high-precision servo control system with 15 servo axes, it achieves a positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm and coaxial accuracy ≤Φ0.03mm, and is equipped with 4 sets of Hikvision vision system and precision sensors to automatically inspect chamfering size, nut installation status, forming dimensions and appearance defects, effectively ensuring product stability and sealing performance. Suitable for tubes with a diameter of 4.76~10mm and length of 600~6000mm, the equipment features quick mold change, iron filings collection, abnormal shutdown alarm and length error-proofing functions. With stable configuration including Siemens PLC, AIRTAC pneumatic components and HIWIN linear guide rails, it greatly improves production efficiency, guarantees consistent processing quality and is widely used in the automotive pipeline manufacturing industry.
