  Microchannel Condenser Aluminum Flat Tube Bending Machine 

Electrical system controlled by PLC and touch screen, feeding by servo motor driven ball screw to achieve, the program can be set on the touch screen to change, and can directly store the program, can bend different specifications snake tube. Repeat positioning accuracy, elbow angle can also be completed by servo motor, can bend different angles at the same time, bend different angles can be completed by programming only the required number of degrees, stable and reliable molding quality.

Working process:

a. Servo is used for feeding, and the flat tubes are grabbed at the same height. The cylinder layout can meet the minimum flat tube.

b. Cylinder feeding is preferred for feeding, and then servo feeding is used. There should be no waiting between the two adjacent flat tubes to ensure the original position of the flat tube.

c. The tray adopts a follow-up mechanism with a crossbar auxiliary push function to avoid the flat tube from being bent during feeding, and the bent tube has extension compensation.
