Summary
This machine is a special device for soldering between thick copper tubes and capillaries in refrigeration equipment. The work piece is heated by high-frequency induction heating, and the wire feeding device of the solder wire and the forward conveying mechanism of the copper pipe of the copper pipe are used for the purpose of welding. The machine consists of wire feeding device, copper pipe guiding mechanism, copper pipe clamping mechanism, moving mechanism, heating device, circulating water cooling system and PLC frequency control.

1. Pushing the workpiece to the inside of the guide wheel manually

Features
1.The high-frequency induction heating equipment can greatly optimize the metal heating process and achieve efficient and rapid heating of the copper tube to achieve excellent welding results. 
2. High-frequency induction equipment has a variety of: over current, over voltage, under water, lack of equal fault protection and display. 
3.Can work continuously for 24 hours. 
4.The work of the induction device has been programmed into the whole machine program to realize the integration and automation of the operation. 
5. The circulating water cooling water tank has a large volume and good cooling effect. 
6. Requirements for cooling water: Water cooling is important for induction heating equipment. Poor water quality will cause rust, scale and blockage inside the equipment, which will directly cause equipment damage. 
7. It is strictly forbidden to use salt water, sea water, unfiltered river water or well water (pure water is recommended). 
8. The maximum temperature of the water outlet 40℃
