Horizontal Axial Fan Flange Forming Machine

The hydraulic flanging machine consists of a bed, a hydraulic pump station, a worktable, a touch screen operation interface and an electrical control system. Equipped with an ergonomically designed bed, the machine facilitates the loading and unloading of workpieces and features excellent operational stability. To perform the flanging process, place the workpiece on the worktable and activate the relevant modules. The machine's control center is governed by a PLC programmable logic controller.
 

Features

1. It can turn over 50mm of extra large edge width, and the turning and drilling can be completed in one go.
2. It can be widely used in the processing of ventilation ducts, fans, air valves and other fields.
3. The wall thickness of the workpiece to be processed is 3mm, and the diameter range is φ250-1600mm. (Note: Special molds are optional to achieve flanging of smaller diameter φ150mm workpieces).
