High Frequency Fin Tube Welding Machine

This machine adopts man-machine dialogue interface operation, full digital automatic control, continuous working system. This product can realize automatic tube loading, automatic tube feeding, and automatic card loading; the steel strip is welded with the steel pipe after being discharged through a simple discharge tray; during the welding process, it can automatically support the finned tube, automatically stabilize the finned tube, and weld the finned tube.
 

Forming Process

Steel strip → steel strip discharge tray → welding head → Manually fix the steel strip to the starting position of the steel pipe → adjust the position of the welding transformer and the welding contact → turn on the cooling water pump of the machine head → start the welding operation button → the finned tube is automatically wound, high-frequency synchronous output voltage → welding starts

Installation Instructions

1. Power supply: three-phase four-wire AC380V, network voltage fluctuation ±10%, frequency 50±5%Hz, workshop power cabinet and power cable.

2. The power supply power cable and control cable between the power supply point and the supplier's electrical equipment and the production of the ground wire of each electrical equipment.

3. According to the equipment circulating water cooling system diagram provided by the supplier, configure and install cooling water systems such as heat exchangers
system and water supply pipes.
