This machine adopts man-machine dialogue interface operation, full digital automatic control, continuous working system. This product can realize automatic tube loading, automatic tube feeding, and automatic card loading; the steel strip is welded with the steel pipe after being discharged through a simple discharge tray; during the welding process, it can automatically support the finned tube, automatically stabilize the finned tube, and weld the finned tube.
Steel strip → steel strip discharge tray → welding head → Manually fix the steel strip to the starting position of the steel pipe → adjust the position of the welding transformer and the welding contact → turn on the cooling water pump of the machine head → start the welding operation button → the finned tube is automatically wound, high-frequency synchronous output voltage → welding starts
