HIGH PRESSURE POLYURETHANE FOAM INJECTION MACHINE
I Description
The two-component high pressure polyurethane foam injection machine stores the raw materials of A-raw material Polyol and B- raw material Isocyanate in two storage tanks respectively, and delivers them to the mixing head through two high-precision plunger metering pumps. The machine is controlled by PLC, owns many advantages, such as high repeat injection precision, even mixing, stable performance, easy operation, high production efficiency, etc.
II Features
1.The injection mixing head can move freely in six directions: front and back, left and right, up and down;
2.The black and white material pressure needle valve is locked after being balanced to ensure that there is no pressure difference between the black and white materials;
3.Magnetic coupling adopts high-tech permanent magnet control, without temperature rise and leakage;
4.Automatically clean the gun at regular intervals after the mixing head is filled;
5.The mixing head is controlled by a double proximity switch to achieve accurate feeding;
6.Soft start of frequency converter and automatic switching of high and low frequency, low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection, greatly reducing energy consumption;
7.Fully digital, modular and integrated control of all process flows, accurate, safe, intuitive, intelligent and user-friendly;
8.The synchronous measurement of the material ratio of the mixing head return pipe is more accurate than the measurement of the material ratio of the circuit of the material path system and the single component measurement of the gun head;
