Summary
3D CNC automatic left and right rotary bending machine, with high rigidity in line with  the  principles  of  dynamic  mechanics  of  mechanical   structure  design  and precision technology level. In both structural strength, the simple design of the curved hand  and  bending  head  provides  the  largest  bending  space,  so  that  the  machine interference range is minimized. With the automated program control  system,  can ensure that the high degree of difficulty of the various types  of steel pipe bending work  can  easily  achieve  the  double  requirements  of  mass  production  and  high precision.
Feature:
1. This equipment can achieve left or right bending processing of a product bender. In the process of continuous bending of one product, it is possible to freely switch between left and right bending to meet the needs of different bending directions.
2. The frame and body are made of rectangular steel tubes and welded steel plates,  stress relieved and then finished to ensure sufficient strength, rigidity and stability, with four adjustable foot cups
3. The parts of the equipment are given the necessary surface treatment according to the actual working conditions and working environment, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburising, electrostatic spraying, etc., in order to meet the parts with sufficient strength and surface function.
4.The  round  moulds  are  integral  moulds,  the  surface  hardness  of the  clamping moulds, guide moulds and round moulds is not less than HRC50, and the moulds are easy and convenient to replace.
5. The machine head is a box-type structure, bending arm using precision planetary servo  reducer  and  bending  spindle  directly  connected  to  the  transmission, compact  structure,  bending  process  and  product  interference  possibility  is reduced, high transmission accuracy, small clearance, long life.
6.  Multi-layer die design  (up to six-layer die 3+3) can be installed with six radius dies or the top layer can be used for push-bending for automatic die change for bending work.
7.  C-axis (pipe bending) using servo-driven built-in and high rigidity robot special RV cycloid reducer transmission design. It has the advantages of simple head, deep  throat,  small  bending  interference,  high  rigidity,  long  service  life,  high accuracy, high output power, energy saving and good control.
8.   All circuit signals and electrical assemblies are modular and numbered for easy replacement and maintenance.
9.  The mandrel and movable slide of the head clamping system are equipped with lubrication devices with oil injection holes, and the automatic lubrication cycle can be set in the program to prolong the service life of the machine and maintain the stability of performance.
